Submission Guidelines
What we accept:
Royalty: We are looking for any non-fiction about the royal families of the world. These can be biographies, picture books, family histories, or reference volumes. The one thing we require is that you have the research to back up any claims made.
Genealogy: We will print and distribute your own family genealogies as well as royal ones.
Biography: We are accepting biographies of famous people (royal or not), as well as personal memoirs.
How to submit:
Send your proposals to [email protected].
The proposal doesn’t have to be anything too formal, but be sure it includes the scope of your work, if you will include photos/illustrations, what you view as your target audience, and a little bit about you that qualifies you to write this book. Be sure to indicate that this is a “House of Willis” submission since they come to the same email box as fiction queries for the D. X. Varos imprint.
Once we have the proposal, we’ll be in touch to discuss our willingness to publish, and the technical details.
